Lot 165 | 2009 PORSCHE CAYMAN GX.R HISTORIC RACE CAR This is far from your normal Porsche Cayman. The Rolex Daytona 24 Hours has been among the few pinnacles of motorsport racing events since 1962. Drivers such as Dan Gurney, Mark Donohue, Hurley Haywood, Peter Gregg, and Ken Miles have been among this legendary race’s long list of competitors. For over 60 years, the 24 Hours of Daytona has been among the “Big Three” in endurance racing alongside the 24 Hours du Mans and the 12 Hours of Sebring. In 2013, the GX class was introduced due to the merger of the American Le Mans Series and the Grand American Rolex Sports Car Series. The GX class was deemed close enough in performance to the GT Daytona class but was focused on sustainability in racing. This was the last year privateer racing teams were allowed in the 24 Hours of Daytona.

Lot 166 | 2022 PORSCHE TARGA 4 GTS

Lot 167 | 1958 PORSCHE 356 SUPER CABRIOLET This 1958 Porsche 356 Super Cabriolet was restored as follows: Complete bare metal restoration of the bodywork, the color was changed from black (originally light ivory) to Meissen Blue to compliment the excellent condition previously done interior in saddle, new black German canvas top and boot cover were installed, and all rubber trim. The correct Super engine & transmission number (81438) car is in perfect driving condition with show quality paint. Upon restoration it was decided to eliminate the US regulation bumper over riders in favor of the cleaner looking Euro style uprights. The engine has been upgraded to Solex P40/II carburetors for

better acceleration. It is beautifully detailed with all correct hardware and labels. Despite it’s original 6 Volt system, the engine starts cold or hot easily every time. Michelin XZX 165SR/15 tires have been installed on the

chrome 5 wheels with flawless Super hubcaps. The car was lowered slightly for better handling and more aggressive stance. All gauges look like new and perform correctly. Over 900 hours went into the show quality work performed.

Lot 168 | 2011 PORSCHE 911 SPEEDSTER To revive the iconic Speedster name, Porsche decided in 2011 to create a special 911 that would be a fitting tribute to the 356 Speedster. The 997 Speedster was based on a Carrera GTS, and Porsche installed a Powerkit-equipped 3.8-liter flat-six engine along with virtually every option available for a Carrera at the time. These options include, Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Sport Chrono Package, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). To even further tribute its namesake, the 997 Speedster was limited in production to 356 units, only 103 of which were destined for the United States. This two-owner car is number 244 of those 306 units and is finished in Speedster-only Pure Blue. The interior is black leather with accents of the exterior color. The 997 Speedster is equipped with black Fuchs-style wheels, fender rock chip protectors and a rigid tonneau

cover, all of which pay homage to the 1989 G-Series Speedster. This car shows approximately 22,500 miles on the odometer.

Lot 169 | 2003 PORSCHE 911 Safari Projek

A 2003 Porsche 996 4S Manual was the base for this absolute beautiful car from Safari Projek. They planned it so that it could be used as a daily driver, with all the comforts of a newer Porsche, that can also compete on the weekends. To make this happen, the track was widened in front by 120mm. The top mount for the McPherson strut was moved out by 60mm via a specially designed top mount for the bespoke Reiger shock absorbers. The rear needed to be widened in order to fit the same wheel as used in the front. The rear suspension geometry was altered to enable better weight transfer to the front axle under braking, which created much better turn in under braking on gravel roads.

The radiator angle was changed to get clearance for the bigger wheels, since they did not want to move them forward and compromise the already long overhang in front of the front axle. Bespoke suspension components were manufactured from 7075 aircraft aluminum to widen the track, fitted with chrome molly-rod end bearings on all pivot points. The Reiger shock absorbers combined with the suspension changes generated +/-200mm of wheel travel front and rear. This 996 C4S rides on huge 225/55r18 SUV wheels fitted to OZ Racing 18 Inch 8J wide wheel rims all-round, and now clears the ground with an enormous 280mm.

Lot 170 | 2024 CHEVROLET CAMARO ZL1 GARAGE 56 EDITION | Donation Benefiting KultureCity Kulture City is the nation’s leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance for those with invisible diseases. One in four people have a sensory need or an invisible disability, including those with PTSD, autism, dementia, and strokes. Kulture City helps bring awareness and inclusion to these invisible diseases. 100% of the proceeds of this 2023 Chevrolet Camaro, plus the buyer’s premium, will be donated to Kulture City. In 2012, Garage 56 was introduced at Le Mans to showcase innovative and extraordinary vehicles. In 2023, Hendrick Motorsports was selected to field a team for a NASCAR Cup-style Camaro ZL1 race car. To commem orate this race car, Chevrolet’s Performance Design Studio created 56 special edition Camaro ZL1s. Finished in a new-for-2024 Riptide Blue exterior with a unique graphics package. Pulling in colors and themes from the race car, gold stripes accent a larger white strip running the length of the car, from the hood to the rear decklid. On the nose of the car, a NASCAR 75TH Anniversary logo pays tribute to the race car. Starting near the engine cowl, monochromatic stars and stripes cover the roof of the car. The Camaro badging on the front fenders is replaced by unique Garage 56 badging. The Garage 56 Edition also features unique aerodynamic pieces, such as dive planes on the front fascia and a NASCAR Cup car-style wicker bill spoiler on the decklid. Powered by a 650-horsepower, supercharged, 6.2-liter LT4 engine mated to an automatic transmission. Odometer shows 12 miles.

Lot 171 | 1961 LOTUS 18/21 FORMULA ONE SPECIFICATION 1961 Lotus 18/21 was completed with proper Formula One specifications. This Lotus 18/21 was built by UDT-Laystall Racing team for use in the 1961 Formula One season. Upon its debut, Sir Stirling Moss piloted this car, Chassis 918, to victory at Brands Hatch in June of 1961. After being rebuilt following a crash at Spa Francorchamps, its second race resulted in another victory for Sir Stirling Moss at Karlskoga. After these two wins, UDT-Laystall traded the car to Rob Walker Racing for use in the 1962 Formula One season. Under Rob Walker Racing’s ownership, Maurice Trintignant piloted the car to another victory in the Pau Grand Prix. Following this race, Graham Hill and Chassis 918 also found themselves on the podium. Rob Walker Racing then sold the car to a privateer who installed a Ford V8 to race in Formula Libre. The car was severely damaged in 1964 by a wreck. The car sat until 1993, when Alan Baillie rebuilt the car, finishing in 1995. The car then competed in vintage races at marques such as Monterey, Goodwood, Silverstone, Isle of Man, and many other tracks across the US and UK.
